By downloading or using IMG for AI ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
License
IMG for AI is licensed, not sold, for use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Mac App Store rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that optimized images are suitable for any particular purpose, including how any AI model interprets them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INIT, K.K. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
